Appointments may be scheduled online 24-hours in advance of the appointment time.
We gladly welcome walk-in appointments during shop hours.

GIFT CARD FAQS
Gift cards are available in any increment in the shop and online.
Online gift cards can be sent electronically at any time. If the standard mail delivery option is selected, delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Gift cards never expire. For balance inquiries, visit royalrhinoclub.com or call 614.396.2199.
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services up to the balance available. Gift card must be presented at time of payment. Card is not refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gratuities are not included.

Our grooming experts are hands-on to provide you the killer cuts and freshest shaves to put you at the top of your game. With it being flu season, and with heightened awareness about germs in general, we have always been, and will continue to be, vigilant about health and safety.
Beyond the medical grade cleaning products we use and daily professional cleaning services at the shop, our team is going above and beyond to surface clean high traffic areas. Hand sanitizers and various personal care products have, and will continue to be accessible and available during your visit.
If you’re not feeling 100% before an upcoming appointment, please call and let us help you reschedule. We’re encouraging our team to be mindful of how they’re feeling, too. Please be patient of any appointments that may need to be adjusted. We promise, we’ll make sure to get you in and get you groomed as soon as we can.
